Bayshore clinics bring the safety standards of a hospital closer to home for your patients. We book your patients’ appointment times to follow their prescribed therapy cycles and aim to accommodate timing requests from your patients. And delivery of drug is coordinated, so all your patients have to do is show up.

After enrolling your patient into the Bayshore Direct Care program, we lead your patient through our process, while keeping you well-informed in the way you prefer.

Our approach to healthcare means you can rely on us to help you and your patients to navigate
insurance and gain access to drug as quickly as possible. If you aren’t sure of what therapies we
can administer, we’re only a phone call away: 1-877-261-4940. Most of our clinics offer TVs or tablets, free Wi-Fi, parking and refreshments and are wheelchair accessible.

Q: What safety measures do you take?
A: We take the safety of our clinics seriously.
Our clinics are located across Canada, so we make sure to follow all provincial requirements. We
are a Best Practice Spotlight Organization (BPSO) and are ISO 9001:2015 certified. We use Cancer
Care Ontario protocols, ensure an appropriate nurse-to-patient ratio for the medication’s level
of risk and our nurses receive training annually, including Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS). If
it’s medically necessary, we’ll also make sure there is a doctor available* during your patient’s
