In the nearly 5 years of full-time care that Bayshore has provided to my Dad, I have been delighted to see the quality of care by their exceptionally experienced care staff. I just wanted to say a BIG thank you to the team at Bayshore Mississauga, and the positively AMAZING PSW Jillyann.  While my father was quite reluctant to have a PSW come to the house, he quickly realized that the care provided by Bayshore was necessary for him to maintain comfort and dignity while he was in his recovery.  I would like to add, that it wasn’t just the level of care we received that helped in my father’s recovery, it was Jillyann’s personality. It was the way she got to know my father, encourage him, and joke around with him, I want to say that this was every bit as important as completing the tasks in the care plan. My father has been going through a lot recently, Cancer, divorce, and an injury that immobilized him for weeks, and the Bayshore team really helped him get through this. For this, myself, and my family are grateful. Thankfully my father is now able to move around again and is able to attend his radiation appointments.
