TORONTO, ON (January 16, 2020) — Home health care can be complicated – from remembering appointment dates to communicating with multiple care providers. Now, Bayshore HealthCare, one of Canada’s leading home-care providers with over 350,000 clients from coast to coast, is excited to announce a new service for its clients: MyBayshoreCare.

MyBayshoreCare is a secure online hub that helps you stay informed and connected by combining everything you need to know about your or your loved one’s home health care. It’s a calendar with the Bayshore home care appointments “inked-in”, each visit includes a photo of who is coming and what services will be provided. It’s a two-way communications service that gives the Bayshore Care Team the ability to stay in touch with clients and their family members. Does the client need anything? Are there medical updates the caregiver should know? What kind of day did your loved one have? The answers to all of these questions can be found using this online hub.

You can also get to know the Bayshore caregivers virtually, by viewing their bios and photos and can send them personal messages, like “We’ve changed the lock code on the garage door to 4567” or “Mom seemed pretty tired last night, can you skip her daily walk today”.

The MyBayshoreCare hub also lets you add personal appointments to the shared calendar so you and your family members know where you need to be; browse our marketplace and view or order new service offerings; and, view and pay your bills online – all through MyBayshoreCare.

MyBayshoreCare is a secure hub, so vital information like doctors’ appointments, medication reminders and day-to-day plans are kept confidential between you and your caregivers.
