Job Summary:
|
|
We are seeking detail oriented candidates for Client/Patient Coordinator positions in our Mississauga office.
Available are a full time position and a part time extended hours position.You will apply your exceptional organizational skills to coordinate client/patient care and service commitment at the branch level. You will coordinate service requests, assess client/patient care needs, and schedule assignments for field staff. Your stress management and interpersonal skills are well suited for this challenging role. You will professionally resolve and document client/patient concerns, and participate in client/patient satisfaction initiatives that continuously improve quality levels. With at least two years of quality customer service experience, in a health care environment, you are proficient with computers and have preferably completed a recognized program in medical terminology.

Duties and Responsibilities:
|
Accurate scheduling of client/patient care with field staff. Providing excellent customer service to clients/patients, liaising with the Bayshore Home Health, Managers of Clinical Practice and the Community Care Access Center, Case Managers. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and excellent stress management skills are required.

Experience:
|
A minimum of two years of quality customer service experience, in a busy health care environment. Some experience in a demanding (high volume of calls) call center also an asset. Candidates who have experience with other service provider organizations will be given preference. Bilingual skills are an asset.

Education:
|
|
Minimum Secondary School Diploma. Related post secondary education is beneficial.
