Job Summary:
|
|
You will apply your exceptional organizational skills to coordinate the client care and service commitment at the branch level. You will coordinate service requests, assess client care needs, and schedule assignments for field staff. Your stress management and interpersonal skills are well suited for this challenging role. You will professionally resolve and document client concerns, and participate in client satisfaction initiatives that continuously improve quality levels. With at least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a health care environment, you are proficient with computers and have completed a recognized program in practical nursing or medical terminology.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle and document prospective client inquiries regarding requests for care and service.
|

Experience:
|
|
• A minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in health care environment.
|

Education:
|
|
• Minimum Secondary School Diploma.
|
| |
|
