Job Summary:
|
|
Physiotherapist required immediately in Brantford, Ontario
Bayshore Therapy & Rehab provides therapy and rehabilitation services designed to help people overcome injuries, illness and disabilities, and to lead more productive lives. It is a subsidiary of Bayshore HealthCare, Canada’s largest provider of home and community health care services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
|
•Provide assessment and treatment of patients in clinic; hip and knee replacements
(pre and post operative care)
•Collaborate with the client, family, health care team as required
•Promote positive client outcomes in a cost effective manner
|
| |
|
Experience:
|
•Ability to supervise physiotherapy assistants
•Excellent customer service
•Experience in orthopedics, particularly with hip and knee replacements
•Experience in the hospital or clinic setting
|
| |
|
Education:
|
•Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy, and be in good standing with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
|
| |
|
Other Information:
|
•Short Term Contract (minimum 2 months)
•Full time or part time hours and competitive compensation
•Enjoy dealing with people and working in a fast-paced customer service environment
•Exceptional interpersonal and decision-making skills
•Ability to handle difficult situations in an objective consistent manner
