Job Summary:

Intake of specialty service referrals and branch support from our National Service Center

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive, assess for completeness and input Pharmaceutical referrals into CRM. Ongoing communication with all Bayshore branches with regards to program criteria: i.e. visit dates and nursing visit reports.
Liaison with key client contacts at the Pharmaceutical Companies.
Provide ongoing administrative support for all Pharmaceutical programs.
 

Experience:

Excellent communication and advanced computer skills is a must. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and multi-task. Typing 30-50 w.p.m. Previous customer service experience an asset.
 

Education:

Secondary School Diploma
 

Other Information:

Must be bilingual and able to fully converse in French with french-speaking clients.
